Home/Services/IT infrastructure
IT infrastructure forcompanies without IT staff
Virtualized servers, a VPN with a standby server, offsite backup with verified status and anti-ransomware protection. We use them every day on our own infrastructure and apply them to our clients' servers.
Servers that stay up
Every item below already runs in one of our projects.
Redundant VPN
Network access only through an encrypted connection, with a standby server that takes over on its own.
- a fixed address for each user
- automatic connection when the PC starts
- encrypted tunnel between sites
Verified offsite backup
Automatic copies to an external cloud, with the status of each job shown on a page.
- servers, databases, virtual machines, workstations
- versions kept for 30 days
- phone alert when a job fails
Anti‑ransomware protection
On suspicious file activity, the machine is isolated and backup is stopped, so a clean copy remains.
- alerts by phone, e-mail and WhatsApp
- drills with no real effect
Monitoring
Server resources, temperatures and hardware health, plus website availability.
- Dell and HP servers, through the management interface
- website checked every minute
- alerts on changes made outside the team
Central console
Administration of servers at every site, from a browser.
- two-factor authentication
- remote connections grouped by site
Migration and virtualization
Old servers moved to new versions, with a rollback plan and short downtime.
- Windows Server and Hyper-V
- databases verified after the move
Step by step, tested first
We change nothing on a running server without a copy and a rollback plan.
1 · Inventory and plan
Which servers exist, what runs on them, where the copies are. Then separate requirements, each with a cost you approve.
2 · Test on a copy
Changes are tried first on an isolated copy, not on the running server.
3 · Drill
We simulate the failure or the alarm and measure how long recovery takes.
4 · Monitoring
Phone alerts and status pages for every component.
Where we did exactly this
IT infrastructure with backup and anti‑ransomware
VPN with a standby server, a console with two-factor authentication, 10 offsite backup jobs and automatic isolation on suspicious file activity.
Time attendance and access control
A point-by-point response to an external security report, with fixes tested first on an isolated copy of the server.
B2B platform for laboratories
Server moved to Windows Server 2025 and PostgreSQL 17 with about 30 minutes of downtime, plus cloud backup and monitoring.
What clients ask us
Do you work with the servers we already have?
Yes. We start from what exists: we take an inventory, check the backups and propose changes one at a time. We virtualize on Hyper-V and work with Dell and HP servers.
How do we know the backup actually works?
Each job reports its status on a page, with history, and a failed job sends a phone alert. A job can also be started manually from the same page.
What happens if the VPN server goes down?
On our infrastructure, a copy updated every night starts automatically. In the test on 31 Oct 2026, the total outage was about 5.5 minutes, and clients reconnected on their own.
How do you test anti-ransomware protection without risk?
Through scheduled drills in which the alerts are marked as a simulation. We measure the time from the file activity to the alert and check that the machine is isolated and backup stopped.
Do you use AI to manage servers?
Yes. On our infrastructure, Claude reads the hardware health report every day and writes down what has changed. Decisions and access stay with us. Details on the How we work with Claude page.
Do you know what happens if a server fails tomorrow?
We take an inventory and tell you what is missing: offsite copy, standby server, alerts.
