What data we receiveand how we use it
The softindustrial.ro website collects little data: only what you send us through the contact form. We use it to reply to you and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who processes the data
The data controller is Grid Security Systems SRL, Str. Dudești-Pantelimon nr. 42, 033091 Bucharest, Romania, tax ID (CIF) 35639121, Trade Register No. J2016001997403. Soft Industrial is a service of this company. You can write to us at office@gss.ro.
What data we collect
Only what you fill in on the contact form: your name, company (optional), e-mail address, the selected area and your message. We do not ask for any other data, and please do not send passwords or other people's personal data through the form.
As with any website, the hosting server may temporarily keep technical logs (for example the IP address, the requested page and the time), used to run and secure the site.
Why and on what legal basis
We use the data only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the steps you take before a possible contract.
How long we keep it
For as long as the discussion about your request lasts, after which we delete it; we do not keep it longer than necessary. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Who else has access
Messages reach only us. The website's hosting provider transmits them technically, without using them for any other purpose. We do not sell or rent data.
Cookies and statistics
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is si_lang, a technical cookie that remembers the chosen language (Romanian or English) and contains no personal data.
If we use visitor statistics, they are cookie-free (for example Umami) and do not identify visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at office@gss.ro.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

If we change the way we process data, we update this page and the date at the top. See also the company details.
