Home/Industrial automation
Industrial automationwired into the business
We program controllers, from Siemens PLCs to ESP32 and Arduino boards, build the operator interfaces and connect everything over the network to the company's servers and applications: reports, alerts, payments, access.
Six areas, one way of working
Each area is backed by hands-on experience with real equipment, not just a simulator.
PLC programming
Control logic for Siemens PLCs, tested in simulation before commissioning.
- TIA Portal
- testing with PLCSIM
- program documentation
HMI and SCADA
Operator screens, alarms and history, linked to the other systems.
- WinCC Unified
- alarms and trends
- controlled remote access
ESP32 and Arduino
Dedicated controllers for equipment that doesn't justify a PLC: payment kiosks, turnstiles, relays.
- firmware in numbered versions
- remote updates
- schematics and circuit boards
Communications and IoT
Field data sent where it needs to go, without running cables to every computer.
- MQTT
- services on a PC next to the equipment
- central control
Industrial networks
Industrial switches, segmentation and remote access over VPN, configured and documented.
- Hirschmann, Moxa, Phoenix Contact switches
- FortiGate firewall
- VPN between sites
Monitoring and alerts
Equipment and server status tracked continuously, with a phone notification when something is out of the ordinary.
- push notifications
- server temperatures and fans
- event log
Automation doesn't stop at the panel
The part usually missing is the link between the equipment and the company's software. We build that too, over the network, VPN, API and MQTT.
In the field
- PLCs, controllers and relays
- sensors, cash acceptors, QR readers
- turnstiles, barriers, access readers
- operator interfaces
In the office
- databases and reports
- card payments and invoicing
- phone and e-mail alerts
- backup and monitoring
Automation we have delivered
Measured figures only. Projects in progress carry their own status label.
Banknote and coin payment kiosk for turnstiles
Banknote and coin acceptor linked to the turnstile; the Arduino version is installed, the ESP32 version with monitoring is in progress.
Turnstile access control with QR tickets and card payment
An application on each turnstile, central control and ESP32 firmware updated remotely.
Secure time attendance and access control
The attendance database was cleaned and repaired on a copy, then applied only after confirmation and with a backup taken first.

We work with Claude here too
Claude writes and fixes the firmware and programs, proposes the connections and helps with the schematic. We do the installation, wiring, signal measurements and tests on the equipment, and their results feed the next fix.
And for paid entrances
Turnstiles, QR tickets, card or cash payment and time attendance have their own page, with the projects where we delivered them.
In automation, nothing goes into an installation without a bench test and a person's check.
