Who we are

Small team, full chain

Grid Security Systems works in physical security, access control, IT and networking. You can find its products on gss.ro and turnicheti.ro. Soft Industrial is the services side: what happens after the equipment is installed.

We do the cabling, installation and on-site measurements ourselves. We also write the firmware, applications and integrations for the installed equipment. That way a single team is responsible for the whole chain.

What we do

From relay to application

web and mobile applications, APIs and admin panels
taking over applications left without a developer
online store automation: invoices, shipping labels, stock
automation with PLCs, ESP32 and Arduino
access control, turnstiles, card and cash payment
servers, VPN, backup and anti-ransomware protection
self-hosted AI assistants, with human approval

How we work

Step by step, with rollback

The same way of working on every project, whether it is a turnstile or a B2B platform.

Requirements, priced separately

We split the request into requirements. Each has its own cost and a description of what you will be able to check at the end.

Test environment and log

We work on copies, not on production. Every change has rollback steps and is recorded in a log.

Claude, in the open

Claude does a significant part of the work; we decide and check. What it looks like in practice.
