We automate your store, from order to shipment

For online stores that sell to businesses and work with several suppliers. We connect the store to ANAF (Romanian tax authority), the invoicing software, the courier and the suppliers' B2B portals, and a person steps in only where a decision is needed.

The problem

One order, five programs

In a B2B store that ships from the supplier, a single order usually goes through several programs, all opened by hand:

  • the ANAF website, to check the customer's company
  • the supplier's portal, for real stock
  • the invoicing software, for the pro forma
  • the courier account, for the shipping label
  • e-mail, for the customer and the supplier, and then the store admin, for the status
What gets lost

Where things slip

We found these problems in our reference project, before automation:

  • orders from one of the stores were not being read at all
  • supplier feeds had wrong prices and unreliable stock
  • sessions on the B2B portals expired and stock reading stopped
  • checkout errors blocked orders without anyone noticing
The automated flow

What the system does for every order

Exactly the flow running in the reference project. Cancellations stay with a person.

Orderpicked up automatically every 30 minutes, with a phone notification
ANAF checkactive company, address, previous orders
Pro formaissued automatically in Oblio for bank transfer payments and sent by e-mail
Label or lockerthrough the FAN Courier API, from the supplier's warehouse or to a FANbox
Customer statusstatus changed with history, e-mail to the customer and the supplier

The final invoice is still issued by hand in the invoicing software. Automatic invoicing and e‑Factura (Romania's e-invoicing system) are the proposed next step, not yet approved.

What we integrate

The pieces we connect

Every piece already runs in the reference project, except those marked.

ANAF check

The customer's company is checked automatically on every order and every quote request.

  • active company and address
  • previous orders from the same customer

Oblio invoicing

The pro forma is issued when the order is placed, with no manual step.

  • PDF attached to the confirmation e-mail
  • secure link in the customer account
  • automatic invoice: proposed

FAN Courier shipping

Shipping labels through the API, dispatched straight from the supplier's warehouse.

  • cash on delivery through a collection account
  • FANbox locker map in checkout
  • a list of products that don't fit in a locker

Supplier stock

From feeds and from B2B portals, including those without an API.

  • automatic re-login when the session expires
  • supplier chosen by real stock and price
  • daily check of price deviations

E-mail and WhatsApp

Incoming e-mails are linked automatically to the order they refer to.

  • supplier replies, matched by order number
  • a WhatsApp assistant that searches the catalogue
  • push notifications on the phone

Tests and payments

Checkout is tested automatically, on mobile and on desktop.

  • test orders excluded from the flow
  • audit of the main pages
  • Netopia card payment: in progress
Frequently asked questions

What stores ask us

Do you work with platforms other than OpenCart?

Our reference project runs on OpenCart 3 with the Journal3 theme. For another platform we start with an assessment: what it allows (API, modules, database access) and what can be automated. We tell you this before any cost.

My suppliers have no API. Can stock still be read?

Yes, in many cases. In the reference project we read stock from B2B portals without an API, using an automatically controlled browser that logs back in by itself when the session expires.

Is the invoice issued automatically?

The pro forma, yes. The final invoice is still issued by hand in the invoicing software. Automating the invoice and submitting it to e‑Factura are proposed as the next step, not yet approved. For your store, we decide together how far the automation goes.

What happens if an automation stops?

The system has a safety net: if an order notification arrives that can't be found in the store database, you get an alert; if reading the database fails, you get a daily alert.

Who decides cancellations and prices?

You do. Cancellations stay with a person only, and you set the pricing, markup and delivery rules; the system just applies them.

How many programs do you open for one order?

Tell us your store platform, your suppliers and your invoicing and courier software. We reply with a list of steps, each with its own cost.
