An online ticketingapp with QR codes

Our own application for a ticket's entire path: online purchase, ticket by email, scanning at the entrance and reports. It exists as a public demo and a test environment, with simulated payment; it is not yet connected to a real payment processor.

How it works

A ticket's path in 5 steps

This is how the public demo works. Payment is simulated.

What we did

One application, three ways to use it

Server

A FastAPI backend that the web app and the Android app connect to.

Installable web app

A PWA installed from the browser; QR code scanning works directly in the page.

Android app

Built with Expo / React Native; the Android package is generated on our server.

Status on 7 Nov 2026: public demo and test environment. There are no real payments yet and no user accounts in the stores. For turnstile entrances, scanning can be linked to an ESP32 controller, as in the Piața Drăgaica project – a proposed step, not yet built.
